In normal cases a foreign currency exchange order details notification email would be sent immediately once you applied.

There might be possible that your mailbox has blocked our email address or our email has been moved to spam box.

 

If you cannot receive the order details email within 5 mins after you applied, please do not hesitate to call us at 03-6804-6944.

Online foreign currency exchange order is available anytime.

Yet please be informed that our hotline service is only available during working day from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m..

Yes payment method for the foreign currency exchange order could be changed before delivery. Processing fee would not be charged for the change.

 

However, there might be changes on delivery fee.

If you want to change your payment method, please call 03-6804-6944.

Since foreign currency rate moves dynamically all the time, cancellation of order applied is not accepted.
