Membership system

Cancellation of your foreign currency exchange order placed cannot be done on our website, please call or email us if it is needed.

Any change of your foreign currency exchange order placed cannot be done on our website, please call or email us if it is needed.

Any request or order details, say requiring small bills or stating account name, please indicate in the Remarks field when you order to exchange foreign money.

It is a number that you can use to see the location of your mail when it is in the postal system and see the status. After we send out the order from the post office, we will send you an email with tracking number, so you can check it from our email.

It is the unique number for each customer that you can find it on Mypage.

On the menu of membership page, there is a mailing address option.

Click “Add new mailing address”, then you can fill in the new address.

It can be the following reasons:

  1. 1.)The file size should be below 1MB.
  2. 2.)Only jpg, gif, png are accepted.
